Atlas Women’s Centre is proud to deliver the Women Leading Peace project, funded through the PEACEPLUS Programme and supported by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) and Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council.
About the Project
Women Leading Peace supports women from all backgrounds to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and play an active role in creating more connected, inclusive and peaceful communities.

Together, we bring extensive experience in supporting women, families and communities across the Lisburn and Castlereagh area.
What We Offer
Participants can take part in:

Leadership and empowerment training

Accredited and non-accredited courses

Cross-community events and cross-border visits
Each partner delivers a flexible 30-week programme designed around the needs of local women.
Our Impact
The project helps women build confidence, strengthen relationships across communities, and take on active roles in community life contributing to a more peaceful and inclusive society.
